We provide editable digital Excel templates designed to simplify professional and personal tasks. They do not constitute personalized professional advice. Users should review and adapt each Template to their specific needs.

3. Product Nature and License of Use

Templates are delivered in digital format. Purchasing or subscribing grants a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to the buyer or account holder.
Any redistribution, resale, transfer, publication, sublicensing, public sharing, or use to create derivative products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

The Templates are intended as general reference materials and may require customization and verification. They do not replace professional judgment (legal, tax, accounting, technical, or otherwise) as may be necessary in each case.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices and subscription options are listed on each Template’s page and may vary depending on the product or plan selected. The total amount and applicable conditions will be displayed before completing the purchase. Billing and payment are processed through our payment provider.

5. Subscription and Free Trial

Some Templates or plans may include a free trial period to evaluate the service before payment. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the corresponding plan will automatically activate, and payment will be processed under the terms shown during signup.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Customer Portal.

6. Digital Delivery

Templates are delivered digitally via download or online access after payment confirmation. No physical shipment is provided. Users are responsible for securely storing their files and login credentials.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Since Templates constitute digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access has begun, in accordance with applicable digital content laws.

8. Support and Updates

We provide reasonable support to assist with general usage questions related to the Templates. This does not include personalized consulting or custom development, unless otherwise agreed. Updates or improvements may be released during the active subscription period.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Templates, texts, designs, and website structure belong to their owner. Any reproduction or redistribution is prohibited beyond the personal use permitted by the license.

10. Limitation of Liability

Templates are provided “as is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The user is responsible for evaluating their relevance and adapting them as needed. We disclaim any liability for decisions made based on their use.

11. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration as the original plan unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents future payments but does not entitle you to a refund for already-paid periods.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect technical, legal, or service-related changes. The current version will always be published with its effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, the parties agree to submit to the Courts of Salamanca, Spain.
